Birdi (“Birdi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Birdi mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

  • Call recordings or transcripts only if you explicitly enable these features

Birdi does not listen to, monitor, or record calls unless you enable call recording or transcription.

  • Interaction data to improve product reliability and performance

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

3. SMS and Messaging Privacy

Birdi processes phone numbers and SMS/MMS message content solely to provide messaging and communication features to users of the Service.

We do not sell, rent, or use phone numbers or message content for marketing or advertising purposes, and we do not share message content with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (such as messaging, calling, and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf).

4. AI and Automated Processing

Birdi uses AI-powered features to generate message suggestions, automated replies, summaries, and follow-up actions based on:

  • Conversation context
  • Business knowledge you provide
  • Instructions and preferences you configure

You remain in control of how automation works. You can enable, disable, or customize AI behavior at any time.

Birdi does not use your private conversations to train public AI models.

We do not sell your personal information.

With trusted third-party providers that help us operate the Service, including:

  • Messaging and calling providers

Most settings can be managed directly within the Birdi app.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.
